It's difficult for the Australian squad to set fresh records.

The greatest achievements have long been mastered.

The fact it required until Sunday's success by three wickets over India for them to accomplish their maiden ODI chase exceeding 300, reclaiming their record for the largest in the female 50-over format, is, honestly, a tribute to the bowlers that have represented Australia over five decades.

These statements will be the final thing competing nations at this championship need to hear.

During the last week a feeling they will triumph from any situation has become more firm - this success succeeding win against Pakistan by 107 runs despite struggling at 76-7 at one stage.
